Important guidelines for the parents

All the parents are allowed to meet the concern subject teacher / class teacher to know the progress of their ward between 1.00 p.m. to 1.30 p.m. (Classes III to V) 1.30 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. (Classes VI to VIII) 2.00 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. (classes IX to XII) on all working days. Except the examination days. Parents of Nursery, Montessori and class I &II can meet the subject teachers / class teacher between 8.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. on all working days except exam days.

Parents and guardian should not try to meet their wards or teachers during the teaching time otherwise teaching gets affected adversely.

A Child suffering from any contagious / infectious disease should not be sent to the school till he/she is free from the infection. A fitness certificate to this effect should be submitted.

If a child has any health problem, the parents should inform the class teacher about it, in writing.

All parents have to check the hand book of their ward, everyday.

All parents are requested to come and attend the P.T.M. on scheduled dates & time before and after each semester’s exam.

As you are already aware the CBSE has laid great emphasis not only on total personality development but also on our eternal moral & ethical values, therefore you are requested to join hand with school to impart our kids with the best in every respect.

A child will not only be assessed on the basis of his/her academic performance of result of different Tests or Semester Examination but also on his/her total turn out, participation in different activities. Timely completion of given assignments, following of rules & regulations, respect for school mates teachers, school & social property and environment.

you are requested to motivate your ward for completing his/her class & home assignments on time. Also to ensure that he/she keenly takes part in different scholastic & co-scholastic activities regularly.
